SHI GmbH

SHI GmbH specialises in search technologies, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Based on open source platforms, it increases the business success of its customers: their customers find easily and quickly what they are looking for; employees have the relevant information in view; decisions can be made based on sound knowledge.
In 2019, I developed a strategic communication concept including the analysis of the target groups, the positioning of the company as well as suitable activities for lead generation.
In the following three years, I advised SHI on direct communication with its target groups and implemented the following measures in close consultation: I created and edited content for blog articles, newsletters, several pages of the website, social media posts and much more. With this efficient communication mix, SHI was able to position itself as an expert for search, analytics and AI and to win new customers.

AVEVA

Schneider Electric’s industrial software business and AVEVA combined on 1 March 2018, to create a global leader in engineering and industrial software. The solutions are driving digital transformation across the entire asset and operations life cycle of capital-intensive industries.
As Interim Manager for Schneider Electric Software Germany I coordinated the communication services from March to September 2018. The focus was on exhibiting at fairs like Achema and SPS IPC Drives.
Among many other responsibilities I managed the cooperation with a PR agency, which had been agreed shortly before the merger. This resulted in several bylined articles published in key trade magazines.

BOOKmyHOSTESS.com is a platform for online booking of exhibition staff, hostesses, models and promoters. The sole owner, Adela Kadiric, founded the start-up company in 2013. From 2016 to 2018, I increased the online presence and findability of the platform with targeted PR activities. In addition to regular blog articles on the platform itself, other important results were the guest article at a relevant trade association and the interview with the Cologne WiSo alumni.

Baoli

Baoli Material Handling Europe develops, manufactures, sells and services practical and reliable forklift trucks. Its European headquarters were established in 2013 in Prague. Starting from its foundation I cooperated with the European team for several years delivering professional communication services.
The results included a lot of editorial coverage about the company and its products. This helped the company to increase its European network of dealers and distributors.

Komatsu

Continuous media relations with trade media enhanced the profile of this Japanese manufacturer of material handling equipment in selected European markets and positioned it as a provider of a comprehensive product portfolio.
For several years I continuously maintained contact with journalists in Germany, Great Britain, Poland and the Czech Republic.
The result was regular coverage about Komatsu Forklift mainly based on PR activities.

KIOSK EUROPE und DIGITAL SIGNAGE

At the KIOSK EUROPE EXPO 2009 and DIGITAL SIGNAGE EXPO 2009 fairs, about 150 B2B companies displayed current solutions for self-service kiosks and digital customer information.
Coverage before and after the event attracted visitors and potential exhibitors.

NCR

At the international IT company NCR I worked on the development of global strategies, created PR concepts and executed them. The publications in technical, business and consumer media resulting from this positioned NCR as a leading and innovative provider of self-service solutions for financial institutes and retailers. For more than seven years I was a PR manager at NCR and ultimately became responsible for PR in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. Thus, I understand the structures and processes in companies very well.
